Answers about MOD Pergola sizing, setup, anchoring, canopy care, accessories, shipping, returns, warranty, and support.

Planning Your MOD Setup

One MOD Pergola works well for a compact shaded area, small seating setup, or focused patio zone. You can connect multiple units if you want wider coverage for dining, lounging, poolside seating, or larger hosting spaces. One unit measures 7.5 ft by 7.5 ft, so use that as your starting point when planning your layout.
One MOD Pergola measures 7.5 ft by 7.5 ft. It can work as a single shaded area or connect with more MOD units for larger outdoor layouts.
Measure your outdoor space, decide where you want shade, confirm your surface type, and think about whether one MOD Pergola is enough or if you need multiple connected units. If you are unsure, contact support before ordering.
Yes. MOD can work beside a pool when properly placed and anchored. It can create shade for loungers, seating, and poolside relaxation. Make sure the surface is suitable and the pergola is secured correctly before use.

Setup and Anchoring

No contractor is required for standard setup. Every MOD Pergola includes the hardware and tools needed for assembly. Most customers complete setup in about 40 minutes.
Each MOD Pergola kit includes the main frame, four interchangeable faux-wood grain steel panels, one weather-resistant canopy, hardware and tools, an installation manual, and ground anchoring stakes.
Each MOD kit includes eight metal stakes for lawns and other stake-compatible surfaces. The post feet have pre-drilled eyelets, and the partition sidewalls also include eyelets for the stakes. Follow the installation guide so the pergola is properly secured before use.
MOD can be installed on soft ground using the included stakes. It also includes pre-drilled anchoring points. If you plan to install it on concrete, wood decking, or another hard surface, confirm the right anchoring method before setup.
MOD can be repositioned, but you should disassemble or safely move it based on the setup, surface, and number of connected units. Remove the canopy and detach anchoring points before moving the structure.

Canopy and Outdoor Use

The canopy is designed for everyday outdoor use and light rain coverage. It is UPF 50 and water-resistant, so it helps create a more comfortable covered space during normal patio use. For stronger weather, heavy wind, storms, or harsh conditions, remove the detachable canopy to help protect the fabric and extend its lifespan.
The canopy is detachable for easier care. Remove the canopy before cleaning and follow the care instructions provided with your MOD kit.
MOD is designed as a modular outdoor pergola. It gives your space shade and structure without requiring a full permanent construction project. It should still be properly anchored based on your surface before use.

Accessories and Expansion

Yes. MOD is designed to be modular and customizable. You can use one pergola on its own or connect multiple units to create larger layouts, including side-by-side, L-shaped, and multi-unit configurations.
You can customize your MOD Pergola with accessories such as sunshades, steel panels, plant hooks, corner shelves, connectors, and more.
